First off we are designer/builders, which is different from just a builder. Many builders work off of other designs that nearly any builder could do. We both design AND build from those designs. Because of this combination, we have learned a lot of what will work and what won’t work, and we can easily modify the design if things aren’t working out as expected. A simple builder will have a much tougher time doing this.
The owner makes us different as well. He not only is the designer for the homes, but he also supervises the build process from start to finish.
